Preparation and review of site survey

Creation of detailed construction sets - including demolition plans, new construction plans, reflected ceiling plans, electrical and switching diagrams, audio/visual plans, millwork drawings for kitchens and built-in cabinetry

Specification of all necessary construction elements - including windows, doors, siding and roofing, flooring material, marble, stone and tile, kitchen appliances, fixtures and fittings, architectural lighting and hardware

Assistance with bidding and negotiation with contractors

Preparation of drawings for submittal to local building department

Oversight of the construction process - including weekly site meetings with contractors and coordination of construction schedules and deliveries of construction materials

Creation of detailed furniture layouts, elevations and necessary renderings

Specification of all decorative elements, including floor and wall coverings, window treatments, lighting fixtures, furnishings and fabric

Execution of orders and coordination of deliveries

Supervision of installation
