Timeless Tradition

Achieving an open, modern layout, while keeping the home’s traditional proportions, was the goal of this 7,000-square foot home renovation. 

A narrow hallway that previously isolated the kitchen from the rest of the main floor was widened turning it into the homes “connector / gathering space”.  It includes custom bar cabinetry and large pocket doors that open to a wood-clad TV room and formal dining room. 

A grand paneled opening leads people to an enlarged kitchen with new windows to the backyard overlooking a golf course. Custom woodwork adds architectural detail throughout the house. A new front entry portico adds grandeur to the home’s curb appeal.
