As the interior architect for a new construction estate, SKM collaborated closely with the project architect and builder to ensure the floor plans fully accommodated the client's vision.

The estate comprises a 10,000-square-foot main house, pool house, barn, and expansive outdoor entertainment areas.

From the moment you step through the front door, SKM selected and designed every interior detail — materials, ceiling and millwork design, stair details, fireplaces, cabinetry, plumbing fixtures, lighting, furniture, and decorative elements.
