Kent Poolhouse
Simple volumes, deep wood siding, front porch, cedar shake roofs allow this new modern structure to feel rooted in the history of the property – a farmstead from the late 1700’s.
The streetside façade feels private, until barn doors in the center open and reveal a large opening through the house to welcome visitors with a view to the pool and gardens.
On the poolside, large sliding glass pocket doors open completely to the wood deck and stone patio, blending the indoors and outdoors. The house features a natural cedar hot tub, outdoor shower, and concrete floors with radiant heat.
